    Weird period
    I've had my period for 12 days now. There is no sign of stopping and it's heavy but not too heavy. There are clots but not big ones. I started birth control at the beginning of this period and this is the first period I had lasting this long. They usually only last 6-8 days. What's happening?

    It happens wouldn't worry although if it continues for the next week make an appointment with your doctor better to be safe than sorry. X
