    Birth control mishap
OK so I started my period 3days late last month(may 25th)suppose to start the 21 or 22.. I had forgot to renew my prescription due to the large work flow that was dumped on me. Anyhow I ended up starting my June pack one week later than I was suppose to. Could I still ovulate or get pregnant? I also had unprotected sex with my fiancé during that week and this past week as well.. just confused. I'm now on my second week of pills. I missed active pill days 26th of may through 2nd or 3rd of June.. since then I have missed two days just this weekend.. its been really hectic for me

Of couse you could get pregnant - birth control is not 100% effective and skipping pills makes it even less effective.

Even if you took the pills exactly correct, you can still get pregnant, Birth control pills are not 100 percent effective. Many women get pregnant while on birth control every month.

I took a pregnancy test on the 28th of may since I was 3 days late when I finally started my period an it said negative. Not sure if I should wait until my next period is suppose to come before I try another test or not..

Wow - those are long days!

I would wait until I was 10 days late - up until then the HPT can be very inaccurate.
