Abandonment in philippines is it crime?
My husband is been hiding for almost a year now. Our children are both ault and we've been married for almost 34 years. Science the time he got his disability fund from Social Security he left and decided to hide. I want a closure so I can plan. I just want him to surface out if a lawyer can warrant him. Is there a crime committed in his part so we can warrant him?

If he is hiding, how do you plan on serving him with warrant ?

Does not appear to be a crime, but you may be able to file for divorce, and get the court to allow payment from his money. You need to visit a attorney locally

There is no crime here. However you can file for divorce. You will have to satisfy the court that you have notified him of the filing before it will grant a divorce.
