    How to overcome or forget past relationship?
    HI,

    I am having a very serious problem in my life. I met a person long ago and we spoke to each other for quite some time. I had soft corner for him at that time and so with him for me.

    Unfortunately we broke up and after some time he got married. Now I am realizing how much I loved him and I miss him very badly. I am not able to get back to normal. I really feel so alone and depressed without him.

    What to do? My parents are trying to get me married. After trying a lot I find myself not interested in that I am not able to make up my mind. Please help me.

    First don't beat yourself up for it. You made a decision that you now regret. We have all done that, you are not alone.

    Focus on your future. Right now you are focused on the past and if you are honest with yourself focusing on the past does you know good. So write down some things you want to accomplish and start working towards accomplishing those things.

    Sitting around concentrating on a guy that got away will only make you sad and you won't be able to move your life forward. So call up some girlfriends and go out, get some exercise, rent the movie you have wanted to see, anything that keeps you active. Plus if you are back out there you might meet someone as well. It's all about focusing on the future.
