    Air compressor for home air conditioner
    What is the average cost of installing an air compressor - 10 year unit, 3 ton.

    Air compressors are not found in AC units. Freon compressor perhaps. At 10 yrs you have an R22 compressor. Best thing is to replace the whole unit and save on power consumption as the new units are much more efficient.
