    100 Ft Electrical Wire Run?
I need to run a 100 Ft Eletrical cable from the side of the house to my Shed.
AndIt will need to be put underground. What kind and size wire do I need to buy? It will be used to run Battery Chargers, and small electrical tools.

How much current do the battery chargers draw? Lithium batteries or golf cart-big difference. Radial Arm saw? You can run thhn/thwn in conduit or NMC direct bury but you need to figure total amperage and also adjust for voltage drop. #12 AWG is 20 AMP, #10 is 30 AMP, would not consider #14 AWG. I personally would do a home run #10 with a 20 AMP breaker into a couple of large junction boxes and then pigtail off #12 for outlets and lights. Almost impossible to get #10 into outlets or switches. Any #14 in the circuits would require a 15AMP breaker.

Mainly I want to charge my 2 Deep Cycle Fishing Batteries using possibly 1 or 2 10 amp chargers in the summer and 2 trickle chargers in the winter time. Nothing heavy with the saw or drill equip.

Not familiar with the thhn/thwn term. Also NMC. Was thinking of running #12 AWG inside of 1" white PVC pipe or whatever size pipe that would take 3 wire #12 and bury it about 3-4 inches in ground. The price of Copper may cause me to use a 100' extension cord and take up when not needed. ;) Less Labor Intensive too.

THHN and THWN are stranded cable. NMC is Non Metallic Cable, also called Romex. Romex is not permitted in a conduit underground due to the moisture. "3 wire" assume you mean 2 plus a ground. 2 X 10 AMP chargers is 20 AMPS, max allowed on 12. You will have some voltage drop in 100 ft.
