    1040NR-EZ work and travel
    Hi All,

    I am Polish student who was participating in work and travel USA program in 2004. I would like to fill all required documents about tax returned now. Unfortunatelly, I am a bit confused about it...

    As far as I know, I have to fill 1040NR-EZ. I read all instruction and due to Article 18(3) INCOME TAX CONVENTION USA-Poland it seems that (except part 1 with your personal datas) I have to fill only box:

    box 1 (I am not filling since all my money is exempted under a tax treaty, aren't I?)
    3,4,5,7,8,9,10 - no loans etc.

    6 = total earned money

    9: Should I enter Itemized deduction as all my state and local taxes which is 104$?

    12: As box 10 is empty then entered amount is -104$ THAT'S why I am confused and don't know what should I do next or maybe I am filling wrong way? :((((
