    Do you sit at your computer a lot? The hand you use to move the mouse or cursor pad often hurts from being held at an unnatural angle.
    Buy a wrist brace, the rigid kind. And use a desk with a 'return,' a side surface to rest your arm on. Even just a small table or cabinet no more than an inch lower than your desk.

I have been experiencing dull aching left shoulder pain ( heart is OK... been checked out). My left wrist is numb to touch. I was having left hand weakness and some trembling but that seems to have subsided. I have sporadic shooting pain down left leg, groin aches. All of this comes and goes.
