    Toe hurting
    I had a nail go through the side of my foot right below my big toe and now I can't move my big toe what should I do?

    Go to the ER. You most likely need a tetanus shot.

    It sounds like it's getting serious and you might end up with a whopper of an infection. Please see a doctor/go to the ER.
