    Personal loan statue in VA
    A person borrowed $81,000 from me in 2009 and only repaid $200 in 2011. Have I passed the statue of limitation for taking him to court in VA?

    Do you have a note proving the loan or payments.

    For that kind of money, I would talk to an attorney.

    Of course the debtor may be judgment-proof in any case.
