I feel I get randomly confused, depressed, dizzy, blurred vision, and uneasy. Why?
I have random moments where I feel as though I am remembering something, but then it escapes me, leaving me feeling dizzy, depressed, confused, and with blurry vision. Also, it often makes me feel "fuzzy" in my head, and I feel "uneasy" in my chest and/or stomach. Not like vomiting uneasy, but just... stressed or... it's hard to explain. What could be causing this?

So many things that it's impossible to tell you. We aren't allowed to diagnose... you really need to see a doctor about this.

Can I take this to the ER? How the hell am I supposed to explain this to a doctor? I'm not even sure that my description to you was sufficient. What do I ask them to do in the ER? *sigh*

I have no idea how to explain it.

No, this is not for an ER. They don't have the resources to spend time on vague symptoms.
You need a regular doctor or a clinic (many hospitals have an associated clinic, some walk-ins, no appointment needed).
You need to be examined for medical problems before psychiatric, in case you have a clogged artery to the brain, for example. There are countless conditions. The blurry vision does make it sound medical.

This is for your DOCTOR, not the ER.

At the doctor you tell him, and he will have to start with some of the more possible ones, depending on your health, Blood tests to see about chemical imbalance, inner ear infections, high blood pressure, blood clots, blockage or blood vessels. cat scans, and more.

But the doctor does this, not the ER.

Sounds a lot like a panic attack if you ask me, maybe just a mild one... if it were a full on panic attack you would feel like you were dying and your whole body would "vibrate" or "electrify" and your body temperature would rise (at least from my own experience).
