Can cosigner remove me from lease?
I live with two other people who's names are not on the lease, the apartment is in my name. However the cosigner is one of the other tenants boyfriend who does not live with us. My one roommate said she is going to have her cosigner boyfriend remove me from the lease. Is this possible?
