Hi guys, I'm spuse of EEA national and we live in London, can any one tell my Rights
I need some information on my Legal Rights,
Do I have same rights as my partner or there is any restrictions, Recently I been to a university and they ask me to pay the forigen national fee regardless of holding a recidance document stating family member of EEA national. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks |

Your legal rights as a foreign national visiting or staying in the UK are intrinsic and law, yes, because you are not a British citizen, as a foreign national, you were asked to pay that fee.
