Sorry, but there's no way to diagnose online. You'll have to go back to the doctor.

My first thought was that you are passing kidney stones. (My husband claims this is worse than labor.) I have other passing thoughts too, all involving your urinary system, especially since your doctor already identified a UTI. OR it could be something complete different. It definitely needs to be checked out. The MRI will tell you a lot.

But then they said I probably had a muscle strain and gave me muscle relaxers and sat me out from physical activity for 4 days and it didn't help my bad just made me tired!! Could it be a pinched nerve? Plus the other day I was like spotting but I wasn't on my period!

Can't diagnose online. Not even a doctor can do that. Sorry, but we really have no way of telling you what's going on. We can guess, like you're doing, but a guess isn't going to help you.

If you don't trust your doctor, or don't think he's giving you the right advice, seek a second opinion. Those are your options. Finding a diagnosis online is not an option, it's not possible, and any site that tells you it is, is lying. We don't do that here.

    Good luck.

There are so many different possibilities -- muscle strain, kidney problems, pinched nerve(s), etc. -- so there is just no way to guess. I would get that MRI done asap.
