    Married husband seeks custody
Does my daughter have to be legitimized even thou I signed the birth certificate and have been ordered to pay child support through the court system?

No idea what nation you are at, if you are on the birth certificate, listed as father, then you are the father. There needs to be custody papers saying who has custody, and court papers on support.

Chuck I am married to another woman and got someone else pregnant while I was separated from my wife I signed the birth certificatecertificate and did a Dna test to prove she is mine. Do I still have to follow through with legitimization suit to gain visitation custody because the mother will not let me see her?

OK, still no idea where, since legitimization is not a term used much any more in US.
In US you prove paternity, ( DNA test has to be from lab reconised by court or it has no value)

but if you are listed as father on birth certificate, then you are father, nothing else has to be proved, unless they challenge it
