Scared
Had be that before and it's really worrying m thinking maybe something is wrong I haven't had sex in over a year I'm not on no birth control pills I have one child c-section and never been to the gynecologist after I had I know cervical cancer HPV virus please let me know what to do you think

It could be hormonal, but only a doctor can tell you what is causing this.

I haven't been to a gynecologist in over 7 years... 2 months ago I noticed some spotting before my period and that has never happened before. Should I be worried?

It could be nothing more than hormonal, it could be something serious like HPV. Only a doctor can diagnose what is going on with you.
