    No of days required before applying ITIN
    I came with my daughter in US on 18th August 2012. Now I want to apply ITIN for her.

    Till what date of 2013 should I wait before applying ITIN?

    You and your child have met the Substantial Presence Test, so you can file your tax return and submit Form W-7 for your child's ITIN.
