    Sprain or stress fracture.
I rolled my ankle 6 weeks ago then rolled it again a week later. It still swells and has a dull ache and stabbing pains. I have limited movement, and it pops. I don't have health insurance and didn't know if I should just wait a little longer or see a dr.

I suggest you see a doctor; it isn't going to go away by waiting. You need a professional diagnosis, so spend the money to get it done.

Shin Splits or Stress Fracture? [ 1 Answers ]

I run track and cross country and over the past year I have developed shin splints in both of my shins. I ice them when I am done working out. But that doesn't seem to do much. Just recently I've noticed that they have gotten significantly worse, to the point where I can barely walk... But I...
