I'm about a month pregnant. I have been throwing up up to six times a day and can't keep anything down. I feel very nauseous all day and am on my bed all day as well. I feel too weak and dizzy to be doing my normal routine.I've tried so many anti nausea recommendations. Nothing seems to work.

Yes, please go to the hospital. Dehydration is very dangerous to pregnant women.
