    What does it means to hurt under your stomach?
    I have been hurting under my stomach above my vagina area, what does it mean?

    It means you should probably be asking a doctor rather than strangers on the internet that can't diagnose medical problems.

    May I ask how old you are? Do you have any known health problems?

    How long have you been hurting and are there any other symptoms?

    Unfortunately the list of what could be wrong is rather long. It could be anything from gas pains and/or constipation to something much more serious. If you are worried, going to a doctor may be your best option.
