[Perfume Lady]

I have a large Boucheron factice bottle. Actually, the buyer now has it. We are trying to figure out how to get the lid off. It is leaking and some of the liquid has drained out in shipping (it was on its side in transit). She wants to top it off or return it. We can't return it if it's leaking. She is trying to get the lid off. What is the secret with this thing? Are all these factice bottles sealed with glue? The lid is plastic and it will move to the side a little bit but won't come off.
