Oka I have no idea what to eat I tried eatting yougart but that hurt too much had ice cream felt good but kind of hurt also on day 3 I have some chiken and cariotes and cucumber and tamatos but it hurt also I'm on day 4 now and really hungry and have no idea what to eat sense we have no tamatto soup, ice cream or yougart every time I try to eat something outher then ice cream and all that I end up snageing my percing and end up biteing it there's some light yellow discarge comeing out is this bad also on the. Bottom on my tongue by the ball there's white stuff around it looks like scabing I guess I'm just worried sencee I don't want it to be infected it dose hurt as much as the 2nd day but it is still swolen.

Did your piercer say what to do and not to do, where there any instructions on how to keep proper hygienefor your mouth? You do realize that if it gets infected, then your whole mouth can become infected.

My pericer didn't tell me nothing at all he just periced it and that's all I have been using salt water and mouth wash to clean it and yes I know I just want to know the things I can eat and stuff I can do to stop it from getting infected

I would not use mouth wash, just rinse with salt wate. Eat only soft foods, as long as you keep your mouth clean you will not have a problem.

I've been eatting bread and drinking ice tea and milk and water is that fine and also just salt water after every time I eat no alcahol free mouth wash the color that is on the bottom of my ball is kind of white then when I whipe it its yellow there's really no more pain other then when I whipe the stuff off my swelling went down a bit and also thank you for you help I'm just really paranoied of having a infection I've been brush my teeth and my rofe of my mouth and also my tongue I've been cleaning it every time I'm done eatting and drinking and also brush my teeth as well after I'm done eatting and drinking

Browny I wouldn't wipe it with anything. When you rinse your mouth out that is enough to cleanse the area. No bread, that is too pasty in your mouth, soup is fine even with veggies in it.

You are doing fine just don't worry so much and just keep your mouth clean with the salt water.

Oka I'm just wondering since were having fish tonight and I really love to eat fish with vinager so would that be oka or would it hurt my percing I'm also still having yellow discarge come from top and bottom of my percing my mom is getting me this biro or whatever its called mouth wash should I wait three days of takeing that motuh wash or go get my tongue check right away were going camping tomorrow so ill have no inturnet id like to have some advise as soon as posibale thank you

Eat the fish, it won't hurt, don't know about the mouthwash. Keep rinsing with the salt water, which you can do camping as well. You are stressing over this which isn't helping you make good decisions and thinking positive.

Nothing wrong with vinegar, alcohol won't hurt all depends what you mix it with, no sugary pop, beer is okay.

Whatever you eat just rinse your mouth well.
