If you live in the U.S. go to the ER. No insurance is needed.

***ADDED My library homeless friend did this and always got good care, was even admitted several times. Admissions will connect you to a social worker or they will help you with the paperwork needed.

Afford a doctor or not... we can't diagnose this for you and it doesn't sound like something I would be playing around with. I would find a way to be seen.

As has already been said, no one online, not even a doctor can diagnose online. You won't find answers or help on the internet.

You need to see a doctor. Your life is not something to play around with.

    Good luck.

Meanwhile drink plain water. Getting dehydrated is worse than not being able to eat.
You may not have food poisoning after 8 days. You may have a virus which needs 3 full days to work through an empty intestinal tract, with no food, but clear liquids like broth or apple juice. And water.
I had a severe virus once, and this is what an ER doc told me. One clue (sorry) was that food I hadn't chewed well was exiting me exactly as it went in me - totally undigested.
Hope this POSSIBLE idea helps. You could have poisoning or something else!
