This recently happened to me! Just my forearms, up to the edge of my tee shirt sleeves. I had been doing a lot of planting of flowers, working in the soil. I saw no bugs flying or crawling, yet the bites were definitely 'bites.' They didn't look like mosquito or any kind of bug bite I had ever seen. They also would all die down for a day and then come raging back without working in the yard. They are gone now, even though I have been still gardening. I have no clue. Some sort of tiny no-see-um that comes out in early spring in New England, I guess.
What do you do at your job? There are many allergies. Some people are even allergic to the ink used on paper money.
