What is the legal way to kick my brother out of the house
I am an Army veteran taking care of one parent with dementia and the other who is in a wheel chair. My brother does not help to contribute to the house such as buying food or offer to help contribute to the rent. All he does is bring his children to the house and caters to them but he won't do little things such as cook breakfast for my mother or visit my father who is in a nursing home . He already made it clear that he is only about himself and his children. We have gotten into fights where it became physical.

I don't know what else to do. I'm am so unhappy coming home to a house and living with someone that I can't stand. Please tell me what I need to do to get is drama resolved

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. We also need to know who owns the house. If it is your parents, do you have Power of Attorney?
