I always cry for no reason, everyone tells me its hormones, but I know its not, help?
I always cry, I don't know why, but I do, it just happens, and when people try to cheer me up, it makes it so much more worse! I've been to the doctors but they just say its hormones, and I know its not, because its constant, and its not the time of the month yet, and isn't soon! I'm 13 years old, and I'm quite worried now! Someone suggest something please?

You have to have a life situation that is bringing out sadness, or it really is hormones, and they can be out of whack all month. Have your periods started? Or can you identify any depressing events?
It's expensive to test your hormone levels all month (the changes are huge, so one day is meaningless).
Crying and hormones are connected. Women tend to cry more than men and it isn't all societal. Some women cry at any happy event, sad movie, happy movie, music, cute baby, spring day, gift, good news, bad news - anything. It might be a lot of estrogen, I don't know.

It could be hormones, depression, or that you have been emotionally hurt, etc. If there is something that bothers you than it might be something other than hormones if not than your doctor might be right.
Crying is considered healthy. It eases tension. So don't worry about it, it happens to everyone.

    I'm 14 , and I randomly cry too...
I don't cry constantly, big sometimes when I cry and I don't know why and I don't have anything on my mind, I just talk... Just talk to people... Friends , family, boyfriend, you know, I don't know if this will help... But it helps me... Good luck.
