Hi doctor,

I had one miscarriage 20 months back. After that me and my husband were not ready to conceivetill now
Last time, the reason was fetal heart beat was 100 pm during 9 weeks and doctor told us that fetal growth was stopped at 7 weeks, I was done D&C at 11weeks. We are trying to conceive again, This is our first month of trying, after ovulation, I was extremely tired and I have had all pregnancy symptoms. On 22nd day of my cycle I got very faint BFP, next day 23 rd day, my Aunt Flo menstural cycle started and it was going for 5 days (Usually it is 3 days). Believe this was chemical pregnancy, My usual cycle is 26-30 days depends on the work stress. This time its quite early. So yesterday we had gone for normal checkup with gynae, she had proposed to get the following tests done to proceed with next step:
- Anti - cardiolipin anti body (Anti Phospholipid) IGM
- Anti - cardiolipin antibody(Anti Phospholipid) IGG
- Beta HCG
- Rh Typing and blood group
- Complete blood count ( This was normal when we tested an year back)
- Torch IGG Antibodies
- Torch IGM Antibodies
- TSH (I hope It is not abnormal, we tested an year back)
Will I get pregnant again? In our family history, everyone had babies, no one had this type of problems for conceiving.

Will you get pregnant again? No one knows. If you are concerned the person to ask is a fertility specialist.

I agree with Judy. You need to discuss these tests, and the reasons for them, with your doctor. We don't know your medical history, so your doctor and/or a fertility specialist is the #1 place to start.
