About three days ago I stated feeling this numbness on my bottom lip and my tongue. It feels as though I had been to the dentist and the novocaine is wearing off, but that is not the case. I would like to know what would cause such a thing. I am not on any type of medication, and I'm 61 years old....

My husband is experiencing nunbness on the tip of his tongue and his lips whenever he eats. He is also having numbness and some pain in his 3 middle fingers on his right hand. He isn't on any medications and has not injured his hand ot burnt his mouth. Please help!
