How do I get him to notice?
There's a guy at my school and we have one class together and I am really interested in him. I can't really say that I like him because I haven't talked to him much, but I'm not so sure now. We're both juniors, and I've been trying to get him to notice me without success. He is a little bit more popular than I am, but I don't know. I have pretty good grades, so I think I can handle a boyfriend. Please gimme some tips :)

    How have you been trying?
You basically say hi as you walk by, and sometimes use his name, and smile, and maybe turn to see if he had stopped to talk... all those little clues that let you know if someone just mumbles hi back without enthusiasm or responds in some ways.
You don't put on a coy or cute act, or flip your hair, or giggle... but you probably know all that (not all girls do). Just be genuine. If you have a chance to get in a compliment about something he said in class or is wearing or did in a club or sport, all the better.
If you get nothing back in about 10 days of this - he's got someone or you're just not his type.

It's only been a few days. I've tried to smile at him, but whenever he looks at me he looks away too quickly when he sees I've caught him. I haven't gotten negative signs, but I haven't gotten too many positive signs, only a few. School year is going to end soon, I'm running out of time

You have to talk to him more, about any dumb thing and see if he responds by asking for your number or at least acts like he may be interested.

For sure being nervous and shy will get you know where before school ends.

Thanks! I'm just afraid to say anything cause I feel like he only really wants to talk to people in his 'clique' and I only met him this year where he's been talking to his other friends for years. Any tips on what I could say?

First he has to respond to a hi.
Trying to talk to him before he even says hi back is going to be embarrassing, if he's totally into his clique and turns away.
Just smiling is not going to do it!
And don't pause - show friendly confidence and keep walking as you say brightly 'hi sam!' and DON'T WAIT for a response or glance furtively at him.

    I'll try it... Thanks!

What is the penalty for not responding to a civil action notice, just a piece of paper left on my door. I call the number and they said they could not deliver it to me the next day so it had to go back to the lawyer. It is one month later and a second notice was in my mail box. Just a piece of...

My landlord gave me a 3 Day Notice To Quit after I had given him a notice to move by [ 17 Answers ]

My landlord gave me a 3 Day Notice to Pay or Quite after I had given him a notice to Vacate by 3/1/10. In the notice I included that my double deposit was to be used for rent. I feel this is very retaliatory as the deposit covers 2 months of rent, which I will be out before the full two months,...
