    Injected cocain and missed,now its red and swollen, can I wait 8 hours for medication
    I no I need to getting antibiotics for this, I just want to make sure I will not die if I wait

    I injected myself with cocain into my left forarm, some went into my vein and some skin poped. Now its red, swollen, sore and starting to bruse. I no could b flesh easting disease, I sure hope not. I no that I should go in right now, can I wait 8 hours to getting It treated? It It is the flesh do I have to stay over night?

    There's no way to diagnose online. If I were you I wouldn't wait.

    Don't wait. If you have an infection, it can spread quickly. If it's flesh eating bacteria, you would be in the hospital a good long time - it's life threatening, and limb threatening and they don't worry about whether you have somewhere to be - the first place you need to be is alive. What's so important that you can't go in immediately?
