    How long you have to wait until remarrying depends on your state's marriage laws.

    You can file for your wife at any time. However, if you've filed a previous wife no long ago, then this may raise some red flags. Then you may need really good evidence of bona fide marriage.

    Wait time depends on state law where you live. Don't get married too fast, or immigration would see this as sham marriage. Each case is different, consult immigration attorney before you proceed.
