    The menopause
My wife seems to be going through the menopause. We are both 49 next month.

To help with the change in wife, we have changed diet to a lot of fresh home cooked food, daily walking and cutting out alcohol.

Are there are better ways to cope with the menopause, a lot of the time she seems stressed and tired.

I'd be grateful for some advise and ideas.

You seem to have a great plan of action going. It is very common for women going through menopause to go through these sorts of symptoms. It is also common for this to happen at her age.

When was the last time she had her womanly check up? It may be time. She may need hormone replacement therpy of one kind of another.
