    Deportation
    My husband was deported for the second time 8 months ago. He had an approved petition from a few years ago an was still deported. What is the fastest way to get him back home with his wife an 16 year old son.

    If he was deported, and there are hearings, then his paper work was not ok'ed or there was other issues afterwards.

    I do not know why you think he can even be approved after being deported twice.

    You need to hire him a good immigration attorney or consider moving to his nation to be with him
