I have a problem my hair breaks a lot I does nt grow anymore I don't relaxe it I only wash it at the salon then braid it please help what can I use.my skin has pimples and darkspots I need same help

You need to see a Dermatologist concerning the dark spots and pimples.

Braiding is very hard on hair and causes breakage. If your hairdresser is washing your hair, what does she say about the breakage?

What is your ethnicity? Hair shape actually varies if you are caucasian, african american, chinese, etc. Some of these hair shapes/types tend to be able to withstand more trauma to the hair shaft than other shapes of hair.

As for the skin, I agree with JKT, you need to see a dermatologist.
