I have had my tubes tied for 14yrs. And also had an endometrial eblasion 5yrs ago, is it possible for me to have a baby if someone else carried it for me if I still have ovaries?

Healthy follicles can be extracted directly out of the ovary through the abdomen. But at some age, different for each woman, FSH, follicle stimulating hormone, stops. So you need to go through some tests to find out. I don't know enough about fertility to know if there are new techniques for undeveloped follicles. The whole cycle is more complicated than just one hormone. It will be extremely expensive, have risks, and may not even work.
