    I have a leak coming from my neighbors upstairs unit.
    I have a leak in my bathroom ceiling above the shower this is the third time this have happened I have reported it and no results I believe I have mold behind the walls.

    When reporting a problem, always do it in writing and keep a copy for your records. If not getting any reply or satisfaction, send the letter certified with a return receipt.
