Im not really sure whether I have UTI or horomones problem . All I can say Is Im very bothered and annoyed . I will try to explain how I usually feel when I don't have period and How I feel during my period as well .

1- Not during my period ,I Have the following symptoms

1- When I pee , I Feel my vagina is flaming hot , butt ,stomach and thighs as well
2- My urine smells is strong and nasty , I never had a bad urine smell before .
3-When I hold my urine at nigh I woke up in the morning with a fever .
4-I sleep too much as well .12-14 hours a day . I'm 25 years old .
5-As I said after I finish I feel my vagina is so so hot , this will last for 2 , 3 hours or even during the whole day .
6- Also I feel My left is swallon , It doesn't look like so swallon but I can feel it. This feeling in my left feet only.
7-sometimes I have joint pain and it bothers me when I walk .
8-When I do little hard effort than normal I feel tired .
9-sometimes I have flu-like symptoms .
10-IM ALWays hungry and I eat a lot , and I gained too much weight .
11- The left lower abdominal aches or spasms is more than the right lower part as well .

2-During my period I have the following symptoms :


My period was stable all my life , As I said I'm 25 years old . My period used to last 7 days every month and from day the bleeding was intense .
These time Specially when I feel I have certain type of disease or infection My period is changing and I never bothered about my symptoms .

For example this month Im on my 4th period day and my I can't really see any blood .
I just see blood whenever I pee ,When I pee and I wipe I can see blood and it is not too much at all as well . I feel that there is something is blocking my period but whenever I pee I can tell that my period is still there .
So to sum it up again :-
1-I DOn't feel that I have period . I can't see blood and I don't even wear a pad .
Even before my period used to be intense , specially the first three days .
2-Whenever I pee and wipe my vagina I see blood in the napkin .

I feel my period is there but it is blocked by smoething , ( maybe infection , stress or horomones... etc ) . I feel so amazed also and bothered because blood when I just pee . ( even I see the blood in my napkin and the blood is not that much ).

The flaming vagina is always there whether I have period or not .
My mood is so off but I guess this is pretty normal even I didn't it notice that much before .
I feel cold when I have my period , and sleepy all the day as well .

I wish I can know what I'm suffering from , Do I have Uti infection ? Does Uti makes my urine smells bad ? Why my left foot is swallon ?why my period is blocked ? Or I might have hormones issues ? Or just smoething else??
What type of tests shall I do as well ?

I would be very glad if you can suggest what health issue I have . I know you have good experience and I will be very thankful .

Let me restate what I have said to be more clear & correct any misspelling .

1- when I don't have my period I have the following symptoms .
( I didn't use to have this symptoms of course )
a-After peeing I feel My vagina is burning too much , my vagina , butt , thighs and stomach of course . I feel the burning is worser in my vagina ( flaming ) and it extends to all the areas I have mentioned . The burning is available during the whole day since I pee a lot of course.

2-My left foot is swollen all the time . I don't why , but sometimes I can feel cramps in my left lower abdominal . ( It doesn't happen a lot . )

3- My urine smells is really bad as well .

4- I eat a lot and I'm hungry all the time . ( I gained too much weight .)

5- When I Exert any effort I get weak and tired .

6- Sometimes I have joint aches and I get bothered when I walk .

7- Sometimes I have flu-like symptoms as well .

When Im on my period I also have the following symptoms
I never had this symptoms before as well .

1- IM 25 years old , I NEVer complained about my period ever . I used to have intense blood the 1st ,2nd and sometimes 3rd day and my period always lasts for 7 days no more no less .

2- when I begin to have some health problems that I have mentioned before , I also begin to feel my period is changing . For example this month my 1st , 2nd and 3rd day I don't see intense blood at all . I can barely see any blood . I see blood whenever I go pee . When I go pee and wipe I see some blood . Later on the blood disappears . I feel something is blocking my period but whenever I pee I can see blood . It is wereed like a magic :).

I don't know if I have hormones problems , Or what exactly but I would be happy if you give me any good hint please .
