I want to live my own life
I want to move out of my parents house cause I'm 20 and I have told them that I want to move my mom said it was OK and I can do what ever I want and everybody I guess is happy for me but my dad is not he said that I am not ready to move on my own and I have actually lived on my own for about a year but then I had to come back home cause my apartment was messed up and had mold in it. And now I want to move out again what do I do should I just pack up all my stuff and rent a grey hound bus to where I want to go or I just feel like I want to live my own life and I can't and I just want to know what I should do?? Help please.

I don't know of any country in the world where you have to stay with parents at the age of 20. So just go, but... you sound a bit like you are naïve about life.
You can't rent a Greyhound bus. You can buy a ticket.
How will you support yourself? Have you worked and do you work now?
Did the apartment come with mold or did you have anything to do with it?

I do have a job and it pays very well and the apartment had a bad smell when I first moved in but they said it was the last attendants fault and then the apartment had water problems and soaked the carpet 4 times and my neighbor had the same problem and they lived right across from me and plus they ruined my stuff and my parents made me come home cause I was having headackes their and no I want to go I just don't have anywhere to go.

You can get out of the house without hopping on a bus with nowhere to go. Look for ads for roommates in the next city or town (or even in your own town). It will be less lonely, and cheaper, and you can keep your current job. Or find a 2 bedroom apt and advertise for a roomie yourself.

I agree with Joy - you have a good paying job, have lived on your own, had to move through no fault of your own, pack up and leave again. Your parents cannot force you to stay unless there are other issues you are not sharing.
If you want to move to another area, transfer your job to that area and then move there.
Where are you now and where do you want to go?
I moved to NYC when I was young, went to College there. Don't regret a minute of it.

Get a job and some human contacts and a place to live before you move. I grew up in a town of 500, so I totally understand. Do you maybe have a church connection or perhaps relatives where you want to move to?

Do you know where you would go? A job is waiting for you there?

Bottom line, you're an adult, not a child. If you want to leave your parents house you don't need their permission.
Pack your bags and leave. You're an adult. Part of being an adult is making your own decisions.

A saying about how to live your life
[ 1 Answers ]
Who is the author of a saying that goes something like this: "When you were born, you were crying and everyone else was smiling. Live your life so that when you die, you are smiling and everyone around you is crying." Perhaps the verbage is incorrect, and I wouldn't wish to misquote the author.
