    Guardianship
    I am wondering what the laws r on a child having to have visits with his siblings. I have 5 children, one of my sons has a guardian now. My daughter ljves in residential treatment, one is grown, and I have 2 at home.is it mandated that he has to see his sibblings or is that only
    For if one is in foster care?

    Its not a mandate that they see each other. That would only happen under court order. The one in foster care may be out of the loop as far as visitation goes depending on why they were placed in foster care.
