    The person who has title to it. Shouldn't be hard to ask the people who are living in it or renting it.

    Since Mobile homes are generally titled through the DMV, it may be harder to find the owner, than actual real estate.

    I was thinking more along the lines of the landlord... or whoever lives there assuming one of them actually owns it. If someone's renting out something they don't own... awkward could be an understatement.
