    Can a co signer take my car if I am paying for it
    My grandmother believes she can take my car because I am not doing good in school. She is a cosigner but the bill comes in my name and I pay all the payments on time. Can she take the car?

    If she just co-signed the loan, but is not on the title, then no. At least not if you are an adult.
