    Convicted felon
    In 1998, I was charged with a felony. A Drug charge and a Gun charge.
    I ask the lawyer to get me the First offender act. But my lawyer said that since I got in trouble in NYC as a youthful offender. That I could not get the first offender in G.A. Is that true? Since its been so long since my conviction What can I do.
    I want to get my record expunge.
