    Toilet won't flush all the way. Paper stays in the bowl
    Just bought a house and i am having trouble in the bathroom. The pressure in the shower/tub is very low. When it drains the toilet bubbles. The sink pressur is good. When flushing the toilet the paper will not flush and at times the water drains completely out of the bowl.

    You have at least two issues, and it sounds like you have little plumbing knowledge ( did your home inspection not mention these?)

    But you have a drain that is clogged or partially clogged, and either a faucet not working well, partially stopped or even blockage in a pipe.

    Did the house set empty for a while.

    But you need to have these looked at.

    Yes it set empty for 1 year. The inspection did not mention this issue. The water is good in the rest of the house.
