Its impossible to find sea salt in my country!
I got my belly piercing a week ago , its red between the bottom hole and the top hole , there is dry skin around the top hole, I started cleaning it with table salt and warm water yesterday, and before that I used to clean it with oxygene water 10% , and that s what the doctor prescribed , we don't gave dial soap or sea salt , herer all we have is dettol and table salt ,that's it! Can someone tell what can I use instead of those 2 things?

Nononono!! Dial is TOO strong for a fresh piercing, and table salt contain iodine which sea salt doesn't have. You can buy all of these things online xx when it comes to belly-button piercings, you need to follow the cleaning regime to a t, because they are the 1st most easiest piercings to get infected!
Be careful, and good luck xxx
