    What's the sentence for stealing a car with no driving license and insurance
    What would be the minimum and maximum sentence for stealing a partners car and driving with no licence of insurance. No previous criminal record. J

    IN the state of virginia driving without a license ALONE can get you a year in jail.

    Auto theft is a major crime. The no driver's license and no insurance are minor matters.
