I gave my two year old son some benadryl-d by mistake, I thought it was the regular kind. I just want to know if he's going to be okay or if I should take him to the emergency room. He weighs 43 pounds.

As a parent you need to have the poison control phone number posted in kitchen, and near the phone if you have a 2 year old, I do not even know what country this is, to provide the number, it is often in the front page of most telephone phone books in the US.

Please contact them, or your child's doctor to verify.
