    Maytag LAT9605AAE leaks water
    Hi,
My Maytag LAT9605AAE just started leaking water out of the back of the tub when it is adding water to the tub. I took the front off and can see the water dripping. It looks like the water spraying into the tub also is hitting the lip of the tub.

Hi, my name is Rich and I repair appliances in Boise for 25 years. Yes I have seen this before. If the water is spraying from the hose, the water inlet hose, you may have a problem with the injector. It's a very easy fix. Open the top of the washer, there should be two screws holding down the top, from the inside side panel - may need a light to see. Lift top and start fill cycle. You should see it spraying from injector. Look up the diagram on Sears, or Apwagner, or other site. Just order the injector boot and injector. When you remove it, just remember the way it comes out. This should fix it. The LAT washer models are very good machines. Hope this helps.
