Washer booms during spin cycle in warm weather
Washer works fine in cold weather. In warm weather the spin cycle causes booming sound and the sides bulge during the boom.

Hello, my name is Rich, and I am the owner of a Boise appliance repair business with 30 years experience. I hope I can help you.
This is a very interesting problem that you have, relating the cold and warm weather with the "booming". Very interesting. I don't think I can correlate the washer problem with the weather, due to my lack of physics knowledge :->, but let's see about the "bulging". It will bulge like that when the washer basket gets "out-of-balance". The basket will rotate, start veering, and slam into the side of the washer cabinet during the washer spin cycle. This may be related to the load size. What can help is if you, and you probably do already, is sort the clothes with "like fabrics", cottons, pants, whites, etc. This will help with the unbalance issue. There are also some issues with washer suspensions going bad so that may be an issue. An appliance repair tech may be able to help identify the problem. Hope this helps, Rich, >removed contact information<
