I dyed my hair in August but in a couple weeks I used like twelve bottles of blonde dye to get where I wanted it is it Ok to dye it again now?

I wouldn't suggest dyeing your hair again if you still want hair on your head.

I used repair damaged dyed and bleached shampoo for long time and its helped and its been eight months and I want this to be my last dyein

I agree with what tickle posted. You processed your hair 12 times in 2 weeks? That's a lot... I didn't understand your second post because it was so poorly written. Not trying to be mean but please try to write in proper English if you want helpful responses. :)

12 bottles? Maybe you should consider a bleach lightener followed by your preferred choice of blonde dye. Don't choose ash blonde unless you want green hair. 1 bleach 1 dye is so much better for your hair than 12 bottles. Give yourself 6 weeks between dyes.

P.s remember to put bleach on roots last, like the last 15 minutes before the recommended development time xx
