    Severe Vit B12 deficiency...
    I'm 19 years old, female, I'v been diagnosed with severe vitamin B12 deficiency, my B12 level is 128, and I have depression like symptoms, I will start Methylcobalamin injections tomorrow, but I'm so confused about the dosage, what is the right dose for me! And how many times should I take it? Can you help me please :(
